Step into The Courtauld Gallery and enjoy a magnificent collection of paintings, drawings and decorative arts at one of the finest small museums in the world.

Its collection ranges from the Renaissance to the 20th century and is best known for its outstanding Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings, including celebrated works by Renoir, Cézanne, Monet, Degas and Gauguin. Highlights of earlier works include rare medieval ivories, magnificent Renaissance altarpieces and paintings by Botticelli, Cranach, Rubens and Gainsborough.

In addition, an acclaimed programme of temporary exhibitions as well as Gallery events such as talks, tours and study days offer many ways to engage with works of art by some of the most important artists in the world.
