How we operate

CQL works as a loose network with no formal constitution. Members and partners meet 4xs yearly with meetings hosted by each member in rotation and chaired by Tony Hall (ROH). New projects are developed and delivered by specialist project groups made up of networks across the main departments (marketing, arts, education etc).
