Roles and Responsibilities

The structure now being used supports flexibility and responsiveness:

• Directors group: Directors represent the range of voices across the different arts enterprises and share a vision of what can be achieved.
• Kevin Osborne: Project Leader employed by the Director’s group to facilitate collaborative working and maintain project momentum.
• Ruth Jarratt (ROH): Works with a CQL focus to help seed new areas for development and to help build pan-London strategic partnerships.
• Marketing group: A group of marketing heads from member organisations responsible for delivering joint promotions.
• Partner organisations: Organisations who support and/or participate in particular project ideas.
